| ·Ingredients |
| Octopus (steamed)
approx.200g |
| Avocado (ripe and
soft) 1piece |
| Italian parsley as appropriate |
| (Sauce) |
| Garlic 1 piece |
| Milk as appropriate |
| Water as appropriate |
| Anchovy paste 2 small spoonfuls |
| Extra virgin olive oil 50cc |
| Salt and pepper |
|
|
·How to cook
| (1) |
Slice octopus 5mm thick. |

|
| (2) |
Cut avocado into two pieces, remove seed
and peel.
Then, cut it as the figure shows.
|
| (3) |
Cut Italian parsley into pieces. |
| (4) |
Put (1)to (3) into a large bowl
and mix them well. |
| (5) |
Prepare sauce. Peel garlic, cut
it into two pieces and take out the core.
Put the garlic into a small pan, add water to cover
garlic halfway, add more milk to fully cover the garlic,
and boil until garlic become soft. *
By adding milk, the smell of garlic is gone and the
sauce tastes elegant.
When the garlic has boiled, take out only the garlic and
place in a bowl, mash into a paste with the back of spoon,
add anchovy paste and extra virgin olive oil, and mix them
thoroughly. Then move them into a small pan on a burner
and when bubbles appear in the oil, mix them slightly and
turn off the burner. |
| (6) |
While (5) is hot, add them into
(4) and mix them so that the sauce goes over all the ingredients.
Add salt and pepper as appropriate. |
